RAL Generational Wealth Creation offers the following products and services:
- The Assisted Living Blueprint: a self-paced online course delivered through Podia
- Blueprint Senior Living Advisory consulting services: property evaluation, feasibility analysis, and related services delivered by Rachel Webb, PharmD and Randy Webb through RK Webb LLC
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the Assisted Living Blueprint course — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, scripts, videos, audio, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources — is the exclusive property of RAL Generational Wealth Creation and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase of the Assisted Living Blueprint, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content
- Share your course login credentials or allow others to access the course through your account
- Create derivative works based on the course content
- Use the course materials for commercial purposes including resale, training programs, or consulting services without prior written permission
- Record, screenshot, or systematically download course content
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Podia account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE COURSE AND CONSULTING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAL GENERATIONAL WEALTH CREATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, COURSE, OR CONSULTING SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAL Generational Wealth Creation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Brazoria County, Texas.
10. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at rachel.webb@hoperal.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
