We want you to feel confident purchasing the Assisted Living Blueprint. This policy describes when refunds are available, how to request one, and what happens after a refund is processed.
1. Our Standard Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below. This window exists to allow you to access the course, evaluate the content, and determine whether it is the right fit for your situation.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund within the 7-day window, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date
- You have accessed no more than Module 0 and Module 1 of the course (the first two modules)
- You have not downloaded, copied, or shared any downloadable course resources including the Business Plan Template, Bed Count Stability Calculator, or any other included tools
- You have not shared or distributed any portion of the course content
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 7-day refund window has expired
- More than the first two modules have been accessed
- Any downloadable resources have been downloaded or used
- The course has been accessed by anyone other than the purchasing account holder
- Refund is requested on the basis that the course did not produce a specific business outcome — results vary and are not guaranteed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to rachel.webb@hoperal.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within the eligible 7-day window. Include:
- Your full name
- The email address used to purchase the course
- Your purchase date
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
5. After a Refund Is Processed
Upon approval and processing of a refund, your access to the Assisted Living Blueprint course and all associated materials will be revoked immediately. Any downloaded materials must be deleted. Continued use of course materials after a refund has been issued constitutes copyright infringement.
6. No Refunds on Consulting Services
This refund policy applies exclusively to the Assisted Living Blueprint course purchase. Refunds for Blueprint Senior Living Advisory consulting services are governed by the separate Consulting Services Terms, which are provided at the time of booking.
